"I’ve had my Tempo for almost a year..."
I’ve had my Tempo for almost a year now, and the hardware has been solid. I keep waiting for something weird to happen, or maybe I’m just being overly cautious, but the screen still turns on quickly, the weights track fine, and I haven’t had any random shutoffs or glitches. I basically just wipe it down after using it and it keeps doing its thing. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I actually liked the workouts and wanted to love the whole setup, but the equipment was a letdown. After a few months, the mat started peeling, and one of the dumbbells has an end cap that feels loose, which just makes everything feel cheaper than I expected.
For the price, I thought it would feel a lot more solid and durable. Support wasn’t terrible, but the replies felt copy-pasted, like they weren’t really reading what I was saying, and that got frustrating. It just wasn’t enough to make me want to keep it

"Kind of frustrating after a few tries"
I was trying to get into a quick workout the other day and figured I’d just poke around the app a bit first, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. The layout seems fine at first, and I wanted to like it, but after moving through a few menus, things started freezing up. Then when I finally got to the workout I wanted, it wouldn’t even load. Annoying overall.
"Support was honestly disappointing"
I tried reaching out to Tempo Fit support a couple times, and yeah, it was just... not great. The replies were either super slow or didn’t really answer what I was asking. It kind of felt like they skimmed my message, or maybe didn’t read it at all — and then sent something generic. I just needed basic help, so it got frustrating fast.

"Form feedback could be a little better"
Overall, it’s a decent experience, but the form feedback didn’t always feel quite right for me. It seemed to miss a few of my bad reps, so I wasn’t totally confident it was catching everything.

I’ll say this — it looks really nice in my room. The design is clean and it doesn’t feel too bulky, which I appreciate. But you do need more open space than I expected, especially once you’re actually moving around. It’s fine overall, just maybe not ideal if your place is on the smaller side. Figuring out the setup area was a little annoying too, not gonna lie.

"I think the subscription is worth it for..."
I think the subscription is worth it for me since I end up doing a few classes every week. There are a ton of workouts to pick from and I actually like the tracking more than I thought I would. I’d prob give it 5 stars if the monthly price was a little cheaper, but overall it’s been really good.

"The coaching really makes a difference"
I’ve been using Tempo for a few months now, the coaching is probably the main reason I’ve stuck with it. The trainers give little form corrections and keep me moving without making it feel too intense or annoying. It just feels a lot more personal than putting on a random workout video. So far, I’m sure it’s been a great fit for me.

I’ve been using Tempo for a few weeks now, i kind of regret not trying it earlier. The workouts are actually really good, challenging enough that I’m sweating every time, but not so hard that I feel totally lost or want to quit. It’s a solid mix of tough and doable, which is exactly what I needed.

I signed up expecting a decent mix of class options, but it’s been disappointing. They made it sound like there would be lots of variety, but it feels like the same workouts are on the schedule every single week. I was hoping for more choices and some fresh classes, not just a repeat of the same routine.

Delivery went well overall. The box showed up on the day they said it would, and everything was in good shape when I opened it, which was the main thing I was worried about.
Setup wasn’t terrible, but it did take a little longer than I expected. I had to shift a few things around to make it work, and there was one part of the instructions that could have been clearer.
Once I got everything plugged in and connected, it worked just fine. It took about an hour altogether, so I’m giving it 4 stars because the experience was good, just not totally perfect
